I just wanted to take the time to share my experience at the 541 5th Ave. S

Naples location. I had gone into get a quote on restoration for a 100 year old wedding ring set a few weeks ago. I am the third owner of this set with the two previous owners being my grandmother and great aunt. After one hundred years of continuous wear they looked a bit shabby and needed to be resized and refreshed.

I received a reasonable quote but unfortunately my budget didn’t allow for me to have them refurbished at this time. Two weeks later we lost my grandmother and I needed to travel to the funeral in Ohio. I was afraid that with the rings so loose they may fall off my finger during the trip so I opted just to get them resized. I needed them done practically overnight, and I knew it was a long shot but they kindly offered to try to meet the deadline.

Not only did they get the job done in time, they also surprised me by fixing a very noticeable bit of damage at no charge! The sales associate told me that the repairman was a perfectionist and wanted to make it right for me. I was so impressed that they went above and beyond my expectations that I wanted to share my positive customer service experience so that those looking for a jeweler to trust with their family heirlooms could be confident with a decision to choose Provident Jewelers.

My husband lost his wedding band swimming by the pier in Naples on our family vacation, while walking on fifth ave before dinner we were looking in the beautiful front widow of Provident jewelry and decided to go in. The staff was warm and welcoming to us and our 3 little girls who were oohing and ahhing at all of the beautiful jewelry in the cases. One of the sales people even gave our children pens and paper to draw pictures on while we looked for a new wedding band . The selection, service and price won us over and we bought 2 new wedding bands and Roberto Coin Tiny treasure necklaces for our girls so we could all to have a wonderful reminder of our vacation in Naples. I've been to many stores looking for the perfect gift for my wife. I'm not doing that anymore. I highly recommend Provident. THey had exactly what I was looking for and Very happy with the price. I'm just going there for now on.

I all ways thought 5th ave south would have the highest prices but I found the diamond ring I purchased at Provident to be less than all the others. Surprised and happy

I went into to look at a watch and would up buying one for my self and one for my wife. Generally I was just looking but I felt so good about the experience I decided that I felt good about giving this company all of my business.

Recently I came in to buy an engagement ring for my fiancé. One of their emplyees, Marta Nilson, approached me in a seductive manner in what at first seemed like a pathetic attempt to gain my business. This haggerdly individual then began to try seduce me. Her advances were not only unwanted, but grotesque. She has a long history of restraining orders being filed against her as well as drunken arrests and prostitution. What a loser! I'm never going here again because of this.

I had a couple of pieces inherited that I'd had to sell. First the lady was very friendly, but watch out that 's a way to take advantage of you. I expected a fair price but at the end I finished with a price only for 2 items, the other five items they got it for free. Even on their invoice they listed two items paid for. Do not sell them anything! Even today I regret walking in there. I will not recommend them to anyone.

Provident provides wonderful customer service and has a wide variety of quality jewerly to choose from. The staff is very plesant and very knowledgeable. We have consistently had terrific experiences with them. We don't shop anywhere else for our jewerly and watch needs.

I had a piece designed and was thrilled with how well it came out. High marks for the jeweler.
