They showed up at 5:30 when they were supposed to show at 4:00. The parts used were subpar and broke two months later. Because I was two days outside the warranty period refused to do anything about it. Cost me $185 for a REAL plumber to come out and fix their mistake. No problems since I went to another company.

A serious plumbing problem developed in our 25 year-old kitchen. Platinum Plumbing arrived the same morning I called and fixed the problem at a reasonable price. Can't ask for more than that .... I'm very satisfied.
