I would give it ten stars if I could. I have had two knee replacements, one hip replacement and most recently a stay in ICU due to a serious accident. I cannot say enough good things about PRMC on Pine Ridge Road. It has been extraordinary in all four instances plus my daughter's recent hospitial stay due to a perforated colon.

HUGE kudos to Nicole Outten - PA extraordinaire in the ER who patched me back together and stiched my forehead flesh back up below my hairline where only a wide expanse of bare skull was visible. My forehead skin had formed an enchanting big fold of skin that spanned both eyebrows. Nicole expertly put it all back where it belonged with minimal scarring. She was wonderful and even had me laughing.

Also, the ICU staff was amazing. I experienced only the best of care in all instances as did my daughter.

This stands in stark contrast to my experience at NCH on 41 N where I received life-THREAENTING treatmemt. I signed myself out after major surgery within 24 hours so incompetent was the so-called "care" at NCH.

I enthusiastically recommend PRMC on Pine Ridge Road in Naples to ALL!

This is the worst hospital service that I have ever seen. Dr Wilson has been my doctor for three years. I asked him to write a letter for my insurance company, well it's been 7 weeks, 50+ phone calls to his office and the main hospital and they say things like I promise I'll call you back today. I'll get the letter and call you back. I have never received a phone call from anyone ever. I walked into the hospital and Dr. Wilson's office said Dr. Wilson will fax you the letter today PROMISE. That was 7 days ago. yesterday The head of admin. said he would walk down there and call me back today for sure. NO CALL! I was trying another hospital but I'm going back to NCH. At least they care. I've never seen any Doctor with less feelings and human compassion. OH WAIT the hospital just called and said Dr. Wilson is not writing letters. Now I'm pissed. This guy if he has any humanity at all should tear up his DR. certificate.
