The four stars are for the wonderful food. Best fish we've ever eaten. However for service, I'd give them only 1 star. It's family owned...family of bad attitudes!!!! We waited for an hour for a table which was fine...we knew that in advance. However, after ordering our food two orange roughies and 2 chicken meals (all per menu - nothing special), took well over an hour to receive our meals. Waitress never came back to table in that hour. Tables behind us and infront of us were served long b4 us (one came 15 minutes after us - the other 1/2 hour after). My father complained to owner who told him it would be just a moment or two. They finally brought us more drinks to last the long wait! When the waitress finally brought the two chicken dinners, she plopped the plate in front of my father (72 yrs old) and snottingly said "Next time if you don't want to wait...don't order chicken". Food was very good but never was told we're sorry or ty for coming. The whole staff seemed to think that we were lucky they served us at all...and we never made a scene or anything...dad talked to the owner in private. Wish their service matched their food. Mom (and dad) live in Naples and said be a very long time b4 they'd go back or bring any of their many, many friends!!!
