This person, I can't even consider her a doctor. She is horrible to the animals and is just looking for a pay day. I can't believe she is still in business.

She should be reviewed as -10, this bitch Joanne Bair is an animal killer, do not use this devil.

I just want people to know that three weeks have passed since Dr. Bair of Pebblebrooke Animal Hospital killed my pet Pomeranian due to her medical mistake, which she still hasn't admitted to. Still no sign of remorse from her or a condolence card, she has just blown the whole thing off. One thing I found out is that her vet tech told me one story of what happened, which was the truth and the vet herself tells another story, which is a lie. She knows what she did and she has to live with it. I hope she feels the pain my family feels. She is a horrible disgusting person. Please do not using this vet.

I would just like to warn all pet owners to do your research before you choose this vet. I found out the hard way when my 6 year old pomeranian went in for a routine dental cleaning & got called 4 hours later saying she didn't make it. She does not monitor by machine, she didnt even have my poor baby set up with an IV, so when she needed to try to get her out of cardiac arrest she couldn't respond quickly enough. Please do what I failed to do & research the pet hospital that you choose to entrust your precious pets with . Ask if they use machines to monitor their pulse & heart rate & oxygen saturation during procedures & recovery. make sure that there is an IV in place in case of emergency regardless of the time that they are under. pets should be treated with all of the precautions that humans are treated with while under anesthesia. Please do all that you can to avoid the tragedy that we are faced with. My baby deserved more & I'll regret the choice I made for the rest of my life .

I just wanted to add another review about this so called vet, Dr. Bair, she was very negligent in the way she took care of my pomeranian and showed no compassion or never called us to say she was sorry for our loss. She is a cold hearted person who should have to be responsible for her actions. She never really explained what did happen all she could say is that she stopped breathing. I am so angry that this woman looked at this procedure as a dollar sign. By the way we just had flowers delivered to us by our groomer that washed and groomed her every 4 weeks, she actually has a heart. Again please DO NOT use this uncaring person who calls herself a vet.

she is not a qualified vet, i had to find out the hard way. We brought our pom in for a dental cleaning and she returned our dog deceased. Do not use this vet, please.

Doctor Bare genuinely cares about cats and dogs. My cats feel safe and are not afraid in her care. The staff are also very kind to my animals.

new to area ...took my coonhound in who has a bad back...they pampered him and he got the medication he needed...turned him from a 9 yr old ,back into a playful dog...very thankful they were there...highly recommend...

They are great with my 3 boys all the time. Dr. Bare is a knowledgeable and caring vet and I'm always reminded when it's time for our shots and checkups. The staff is great too. Always in good hands.

Our Golden Retriever Chamie has been coming to Jamie for grooming for several years now and she is lovingly cared for everytime she enters your doors. Chamie has been to several groomers since we moved to Naples 7 years ago and Jamie is one of the very best showing love, patience and concern. Her knowledge is superior not only regarding grooming but also regarding the medical conditions that can inflict dogs. I can not recommend Jamie enough and many others agree! Sometimes we have to wait for an appointment however that's understandable when you're dealing with someone who is excellent at what they do!

Our dog Lizzy suffers from severe anxiety and Jamie worked extra hard to make her feel safe and comfortable. She's a true joy to work with and actually gave a damn about my dog. I felt like she was treating our dog like royalty. I will never go to anyone else.

We took our cat there to get a sani shave and wash, when we returned they had completely shaved her. They cut one of her nipples off and it bleed for 3 days and she was visibly distraught for several days. They lied and said they tried to call us (no missed calls on either of our phones) to let us know they were going to completely shave her and then charged me $20 more than the normal wash and Sani. In a nut shell the staff is very unprofessional and I think they are HIGH allot. Their general attitude is that they are doing you a huge favor, but this really is not the case. Be cautious about leaving your pet with them

Grooming services are taylor made for your needs, Jamie really listend to what I had to say and what I wanted my dog Ginger to look like. The first thing she asked me was "What would you like to see when you pick her up?" She asked specific questions about my dog and my family and house arrangments, if we or Ginger had allergies and where Ginger spent most of her day. I was very pleased with her demeaner and also with the haircut and level of care Ginger and I got while in the office. I have finnaly found my groomer angel. I recomend 100%.###Briar
