aMy doctor was great very knowlegable, the wait time was much too long. I told the staff I ws a diabetic and experiencing low blood sugar no one gave me anything to eat.

im here now, never a doctor around. They misdiagnosed me,,, they should have waited for mri results before telling me I had a stroke.

The downtown experience is a true nightmare.

Don't let the advertising fool you. This place is awful. Just don't do it.

Be very careful of doing business with NCH health systems as their accounting dept will double bill both you and your insurance company and send you to collections for bills already paid in full as soon as bill was received. I am heading to an attorney the first of the week to file suit against them for over billing, refusing to acknowledge properly paid bill even after they were furnished proof of payment by our bank, and for billing for services not performed. They billed for 5 therapy sessions that my husband never attended and they were notified in advance he was not going to coming back well in advance of the visit.

Our insurance company was billed and they paid so they are going after them for fraud also.

NCH down town in my opinion is awful. Their lack of communication, mis-diagnosis, and lack of skill and communication could be fatal or disableing. Use caution when selecting this hospital!!!!!!!

I was a student at LORENZO WALKER OF NAPLES .I had a great prevelige to work with a few nurses at N.C.H of nalpes whom taugh me well. they where going all away to make you understand what nursing is all about .i Learned a lot from them .GREAT JOB.
