After watching the UFC and MMA events on TV, I heard a lot of talk about Brazilian Jiu Jitsu as a critical part of the training these athletes do to prepare for competition. These guys are in shape in a functional way... flexible, great cardio, muscle definition and able to handle themselves confidently in bad situations. All things that I wanted...After trying out a couple of places in Naples, I went in to check out Naples Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. I was very impressed at how helpful and friendly everyone was. No high pressure sales pitches or "upgrades" and no BS. The instructor was very professional and knowledgeable and skilled and ran a great class, challenging, safe and a lot of fun. If you are looking for a friendly place to try BJJ or MMA, you owe it to yourself to check this place out.
