Over the past 12 years, I've worn hearing aids. In the past eight years, I had asked about totally in the ear instruments and providers in St Louis, MO and here in Naples gave me lists of reasons in favor of the behind and over the ear devices. Since moving to Naples two years ago, I've had some services on my old hearing aids at Life Hearing Health. Staff were always the ultimate professionals and caring. When it came time to replace my now retired second set, I went to Life Hearing and again asked about totally in the ear hearing aids. In an instant, I knew the staff understood my reasons and desire and began asking questions to find the perfect in-the-ear hearing aids. Tests were done, molds were made and two weeks later I received my new Starkey in-the-ear hearing aids. In the week I've worn these new hearing aids, I've heard my shoe laces tap the tile floor as I walk! I turned the radio down in the car and the television in the house. Best of all, I can converse with my wife of 43 years normally. I get 95+% of every conversation the first time and no longer have to ask "what did you say" to any statements I was not fully attending to! I am sad that my hearing is getting worse. But, I am delighted with the degree and quality of correction I now have.
