Great service great hookah selection. Saturday nights with the live house djs are the best. New management completely turned them around.

This is an awesome place to hang out with friends, smoke good hookah and enjoy the music. I've been going to this place now for the last 4 weeks. The prices are fair and the service is excellent. You actually get a table visist from the manager which is kind unusual for a hookah lounge. The first time I went which was a year ago it was a mess. The manager told me that it is now under a new ownership and I can see the big difference. The server now knows me by name. I recommend this place to everyone who likes to chill and enjoy a good hookah with good people.

We had an awesome place here!! The new mangers actually know what they are doing!! They treat u like fam and their prices are great!! Finally a hookah place in Naples with a young hot crowd ;) love it!! DJ is great!!!

stay away from this place i sure hope they open one up that doesnt involve so much beer and wine and trashy waitresses .. if i wanted that id go to south street . hookahs were ok nothing to brag about we visited 3 weeks ago and am never coming back the waitresses kept hitting on my husband while i was there and there rude ... i mean come on seriously giving him your number and him telling me about it and having me call you is serious .. im going to make sure you all are not around

was at Kazbar for the first time a week ago with a couple of girlfriends, and had to say I had fun, the bar staff was really helpful and the cocktail waitresses were nice, I dont know how it was in the past... but from what I saw the place seemed very chill, I'm from Wyoming and iv'e been to a lot of nightclubs, but none like this spot in Naples.

THE MANAGER IS A TERRIBLE PERSON.



Horrible experience. The staff are a bunch of young, inexperienced girls- the one who helped our group didn't know how to light the hookah, and a few others looked stoned.



When we paid, the girl told us that the register wasn't working. In truth, it was just out of paper, but the manager told us to use the ATM and pay with cash. We were charged to access the ATM, charged in cash AND charged on the debit card. When we tried to explain to the manager and offered to meet up with a copy of our receipt and the bank account transaction for a refund, he said he would let us know when he had time. FOUR DAYS PASSED, we called over and over, and he ignored our calls. After pursuing it a while longer, we gave up. We never got the $70-or-so back from the manager of Kasbar, and we encourage our friends to NEVER give him business again. We sure as hell won't.

I had so much fun at this hookah bar, i dont know why people are complaining so much. Naples needs something new and this is very different compared to everything else here.

Ok so first off let me give you a perspective of where im coming from. If your from the naples area then you have probably heard of Vision nightclub. Vision is a great place to go out and have a good time but as always the same place can get old. One night we decided to try Kazbar. Being a college student we thought a hookah place in Naples would be a cool place to hang out one night over the summer. What we got was anything but that. The owner of the place kept hitting on my friends and I the entire time we were there. He kept offering us drinks, even though we are under 21, and telling us to come sit with him. We decided to stay alittle longer because we had just bought the hookah and didn't want to throw $18 down the drain. Later on one of the people in my party's boyfriend arrived. Again the owner came back over and tried to do the same thing as before, offering us drinks and all. When my friends boyfriend stepped in and said that the owner was out of line because we were underage, the owner made a big scene inside the bar saying that this was his place of business and that he could do what he wanted. Even if you own the place your not allowed to let kids drink underage. So subsequently we left Kazbar and never went back. I would not recommend this place to anyone that is looking to have a nice time with some friends. Not only is the owner a creep, and should probably be arrested for what he is doing, but the staff is equally as horrible and rude. With so many other great places in Naples there's no reason to patronize Kazbar, take your money elsewhere.

Don't know what they are going for here..looking for a place in Naples to smoke a Hookah and have a drink.
My friends and I stopped by on 2 nights the first was tuesday.. Closed.. Website says open 7 days, guess not. Then we stopped by on Sunday. The place was packed with 18 year old kids waiting for a live Reggae band.. Umm isn't Sunday Reggae night across the street at South Street? Great thinking.
Incompetent staff (well at least the one that seemed to be a manager) following the Arab owner around like a love sick puppy. Looks like he only opened this place to surround himself with underage girls to press with his Miami Vice wannabe clothes.
Place isn't long for Naples..
Oh yeah, they don't open until 9 now and only Wednsday thru Sunday.. Great concept. Had to give it one star.. YP made me..
