John showed up on time (not always the case in Naples). Got the job done quickly, but more importantly, he did a great job. We will definitely hire him again and refer him to friends.

Had used this company for several years to have lanai screens repaired without incident. This year however, was different.

When the owner of the business got here to do my screens, he spent the entire time we were walking around identifying the screens to be repaired complaining about how many there were, how many were over the pool, how old he was getting, and how little time he had. Finally he simply refused to do the job and said I needed to get someone else.

I don't know what the problem was, but I have to say I've never encountered a contractor who spent the entire time he was here working up an estimate, complaining about the job I was intending to pay him to do, and then walking away because it was too much work.
