Jim has been taking care of my mother's vehicle for the past half dozen years, and has always been reliable, friendly, and fair. I live up north, and my mom spends half the year in Florida, with an old year model vehicle she will not give up. The car sits, and Jim is kind enough to deal with it every year -- doing what is needed, and treating her very kindly. Jim is a rare bird these days, a gift to me, and I am very thankful for him.
