I became a client at James Michael Salon last year during a Kids with Cancer of SW Florida fundraiser. The owner, Felicia Tinsley is my stylist & I've found her work to be fabulous! Currently I am the best blonde I've ever been & my cut is fantastic! Kudos to Felicia for getting involved in such a worthwhile charity & for being a top notch stylist on EVERY level!

This is a difficult review as my stylist Nellie is fantastic, she knows all the up to date styles works professionally with her clients and her work is impeccable... I highly recommend Nellie! This rating has nothing to do with Nellie, I give her 5 stars! Personally the owner, Felicia Tinsley is rude, abrasive, and totally unprofessional. Felicia Tinsley and the assistant at the front desk openly discuss what other clients are having done for service, mocking them, questioning why one would have a specific cut/style/color...creating the most uncomfortable situation. These unprofessional, disrespectful, and blatantly rude discussions crude remarks were made and openly discussed in front of me and were regarding the style I chose to have cut. Like I said Nellie is very professional, excellent and up to date with new trends, gives great recommendations as to what would look best. But Felicia Tinsley as the owner is totally unprofessional and insults paying clients.
