I was diagnosed with sleep apnea and when I learned that I had to sleep wearing a mask that made me sound like Darth Vader, I went into a panic. I had to choose a DME provider for the CPAP supplies. By the grace of G_d, I chose Gulf Shore Medical Supply and met Laura, the respiratory therapist that specializes in CPAP. Laura is a jewel and an exert in CPAP. She was very patient with me from the beginning and helped me get through the fear of asphyxiating at night wearing a mask. Once I got over the fear, I sleep like a champ and get gold stars from My Air. Laura also introduced me to the SoClean system. Everybody is great at Gulf Shore. I have bought other items like bright colored compression hose and knees braces. Laura recently introduced me to the ResMed F-30 that is great.

The person that came to pick up my husband's medical equipment was extremely rude and verbally abusive to both me and my husband. I would never recommend this company to come into my home. There a many other medical supply companies in Naples that are compassionate and caring. He also demanded that I pay fifty dollars for a late fee that was not even late!!! I refused and he became extremely verbally abusive.
