We ordered a custom glass shower enclosure through this company on March 8th. We were told two weeks for the glass to come in and two hours for installation. When April rolled around without hearing anything from the company we called to check the status. We were told the factory made a mistake and it would be reordered through another factory with no end date promised. When we asked about the date for the product to come in we were told May 10th! Over two months rather than the two weeks we were promised. Since we were already involved in the process we agreed to the May 10th delivery date. Then two weeks later we received an email cancelling our order completely citing "manufacturing issues." We never even received a phone call explaining what is going on. None of our emails or calls for explanation have been returned. Now we are two months into waiting for a product that isn't coming and back to square one needing to start over with a different company because this glass company apparently can't get glass?! Stay far far away!

Fantastic service and quality. I purchased a frameless glass shower door. I didn't even have to go to the showroom. They sent very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly folks out to measure the shower enclosure, and provided me with a proposal the very next day by email. The same guys who measured came back out to do the installation, and the results are spectacular. Everyone who sees my shower door wants to know where it came from, and I happily hand them Gulf Coast Showers contact information.
