My wife and I have been customers of Germain Honda of Naples since 2005.
We still have a 2005 Civic Hybrid, have owned a 2005 Pilot EX-L Navi, and just traded our 2018 CR-V Touring for a 2021 CR-V Touring.
Needless to say we prefer all aspects of Germain Honda”s Service, Sales, and Financial Services. My Client Advisor, Scott Boschert was extremely helpful in all ways during the trade-in and purchase of the 2021 CR-V. His knowledge of the functions and adjustments was superb. I cannot praise him enough. In closing the purchase Audrey Bennett did a masterful job of explaining all of the options and
choices. All in all it was a very pleasant experience. Thank you!

We have had our cars serviced at Germain Honda since we relocated to South Florida in February of 2018. We have been very pleased with the service provided by Tyler Smith. Tyler is very professional and always takes the time to explain in terms we understand any service our cars need.

Wael was such an amazing dealer to work with. He was so kind and patient and helpful. Never once did he complain about anything. Not only this, but he went above and beyond to get me, my mom, and my little sister Starbucks as we had been there for 6 hours and had huge headaches. Yes, 6 hours! He was helping us for 6 whole hours and never once was his attitude any less than completely positive. Not only was his attitude great, but he was very educated on all the cars and helped me find the right one. Out of all the people I worked with during my car buying experience, he was the absolute best. I would recommend him to anyone and everyone.

Karen Attewell is the person to see when buying a new car at Germain Honda. Karen is patient and professional. She will provide all the needed information when purchasing a car. I wanted to buy a new truck. I went to Nissan, Chevy, Dodge, Toyota, and Honda online first. They all wanted to play the games. All except Anthony Leli. He sent a text right away with a quote. Then followed up with a phone call. I told him I just left the local Nissan dealer because they wanted to charge me for paint protection, window tint and other high mark up items I did not want. He assured me he would not do that. I went in and test drove the new Ridgeline. Anthony was great. He did everything promised and more. The whole sales staff was very friendly and helpful. They made it easy and did not play the ad on games in the end. I have bought many cars over the years and this is one of the best experiences I have ever had. Go buy your car from Anthony at Germain Honda! Thank you Anthony! I love my Ridgline.
