Not impressed. Very unorganized- lost the pictures I gave her. Not worth what I paid.

Ordered a $69 bouqet of flowers, with delivery and tax it came to $84. The flowers they delivered to my girlfriend at work did not look like the picture at all. It looked like it was quickly put together. The owner should be ashamed to let that leave her shop like that. I had comments that it looked like a kid put it together. The lillies were not bloomed yet, roses were longer than anything else, it had 1 babies breath, no structure or thought put into it what so ever. I called and talked to the owner Leslee, saying that the lillies will bloom and last 2 weeks. I don't care about 2 weeks it was supposed to be nice TODAY, Valentines Day. Its not Valentines Day 2 weeks later. After telling her I wanted a refund or some kind of discount, she finally agreed to give me a discount after she got to her books. Well I checked my bank account she did not give me any discount, and charged me full price for something I should of only paid half for. I could of saved $60 by going to Publix and finding something 10 times better then what you delivered. I wish I could post a picture to show everyone...
