This company uses techs who can't speak english, and then when there are misunderstandings they just say that they didn't know that. They won't stand behind their work, and they will gouge you for every thing they can. They are greedy, and dishonest, avoid them.

I installed a tankless water heater, and 2 commodes with these people. My commodes were to be quiet flush.........instead they installed a regular flush toilet, and charged us for the quiet flush model. They incorrectly installed one of the toilets, and incorrectly installed the tankless hot water heater. Now they want to CHARGE us to fix THEIR shotty installs. AVOID THESE PEOPLE, THEY'RE CROOKS!

This business has turned into a dishonest and greedy business. I contracted these people to fix a kitchen faucet, install 2 quiet-flush commodes and a tankless hot water heater. Instead they installed 2 regular, cheap toilets, and incorrectly installed the tankless hot water heater. Now they want to charge me to fix their bad work. AVOID THESE PEOPLE, they're crooks and liars.

Very friendly and reliable staff. They did a great job, I will make First Class Plumbing my only plumber !
