We garantee all current and future customers that all complaints will be taken seriously and we will do everything in our power to resolve the situation, confidentially if required.
We have checked our records and we can only assume that Romeo12 is a
prior customer that carries a grudge since he was turned down for not meeting our flying skill and safety standards for rental of an aircraft.
As a flight school we have the moral obligation to make sure you are safe to operate our equipment. If that is not the case, we will require additional training.
If you are unwilling to do so we have the obligation to refuse service.
