I never had a problem with my ...

I never had a problem with my stylist , or any other stylists who filled in when she was unavailable. However, the management of this salon does not provide the level of customer service that I expect. The one time I was late for an appointment (due to heavy traffic, coming in midday to accommodate my stylist's schedule that week) the remainder of my session had been given to the next person, who had "arrived early," after a receptionist called my office number (!) to find out if I was running late.



I gave the management the opportunity to "make this right" (possibly with a trivial discount to serve as a olive branch?), but he was only interested in justifying his business practices. Put simply, he put no priority on keeping me as a customer after I had received less than solicitous treatment. If that's the way that he wants to conduct his business that's his decision, but I will take mine elsewhere.

Back again- color me happy

This is the only salon I can find that carries Bumble and bumble. I have very fine hair and I have a hard time doing anything with it in Florida. Frizz frizz and more frizz , I also have a major problem with color fading. I am very happy after visiting Dolce Vita, they fixed my color and game me the best haircut of my life.



Ill be back again!

Never go to dolce vita in naples!

I had the worst salon experience of my life at dolce vita in naples. I went there to lighten my hair, when I showed the stylist the picture of the desired color that I wanted she said it would not be a problem...well four hours later and my hair breaking and falling out it turned out to be a problem. The first time she colored it my hair turned orange when I expressed to her that i didn't want orange hair she seemed annoyed and told me that we could process it again. so thats what we did. after she put me under the dryer i never saw her again. she disappeared in to the backroom and had another stylist finish for her. the other stylist could not believe his eyes when he saw the condition of my now fried hair and the inch long roots at the crown of my head. i was visibly upset so the "creative director" came over and agreed that it looked bad but said she couldn't fix it for me until a week later!!!!! i wasn't offered any other consolation or solution. and as i went to leave i said that i didn't think i should have to pay for the ruining of my hair. while i was in tears over my hair the owner and the manager threatened that if i didn't pay the $300+ bill they would call the police and have me arrested! i was absolutely in shock over the lack of customer service and overall lack of sympathy they had for my situation. i would never ever go there again and i would never suggest anyone go there! go to walgreens and buy a box of haircolor...believe me your hair will be much better off!!!

Great hair salon

This salon reminds me of how Naples used to be back when the town was full of friendly, neighborly people. They do fantastic work and have reasonable prices. Its nice that when I walk in they always know my name.

My hair has never been better!

I love this place, I love the people, I love the wine but especially I love my hair! Amanda has converted me to Framesi color and I will never stray. In Michigan I can go seven weeks between colors but down here my hair grows so fast and the sun dries me out so badly I desperately needed help and I found it! No more straw hair for me!

I changed my mind.

I've recently given this salon a good review but have since changed my mind.

I scheduled my appt weeks in advance with Johnny.

On the day of my appt i arrived 15 minutes early to look at hair books, to make a long story short

Johnny decides he is done for the day at 1:30 and decides to pack up and leave with out telling anyone.

so i am sitting there waiting for my appt and finally the male receptionist who is 1/2 owner comes over and

lets me know that johnny left.

I was told he had been acting "funny" all day and that he had said he was moving in 1 month, but what does that

have to do with me the client?

The owner/hairstylist Heather was there and witnessed everything, and she never once turned to me and apologized

for her stylist treating a customer like that, she just stated that she was busy and she could not work me in to give

me a shampoo cut and dry.

none of the stylists there were willing to do anything for the bad service i received.

But thats ok because my color was not that good, and the cuts that i got were not that great, i tried 2 other women

stylists and they just didn't "get" how to do a long bob cut so i never got the kind of service i wanted.

In the end they lost a good paying/tipping/referring customer. to bad for them.

They will be nice to your face, but god forbid something happens they will NOT bend over backwards to do the

right thing to keep their customers and that was proven that day their stylist walked out.



I now go to Felix Andrew Salon in Naples & have been very happy with there service. nice, clean salon & i am

thinking about taking my 6 year old there to have her hair cut. I have already got compliments on my hair cut

to if that says anything, I never got any compliments when i had my hair cut at dolce vita.

Hello, I am the owner of Dolce Vita and I was as shocked as this Client when Johnny decided to sneak out the back door and quit his job. We would have been happy to place this Client in the next available opening but she was unsatisfied that we could not take her immediately. Had it been possible to take her immediately we certainly would have. I wish her and her sweet daughter nothing but the best.

Best little gem in Naples

just had my second cut and color done by Sam. it is the best cut and color i've ever had. i must have had 25 people come up to me last night alone to ask were i had my hair done!! they are truely amazing! their prices are very competitive. the salon is immaculate! everyone helps everyone. do yourself a favor and go there today!

EXCELLENT SERVICE.

WENT TO THIS SALON AFTER SEEING REVIEW HERE ON THIS WEBSITE. I AM VERY GLAD I DID, I NEEDED A COLOR CORRECTION AND FAST, LUCKILY I WAS ABLE TO BE WORKED IN THAT SAME DAY AND THE STAFF WAS UNBELIEVABLE PROFESSIONAL, AND NICE AND WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY TO MAKE SURE I WAS COMFORTABLE. THE OWNER WAS IN AND HAD NO PROBLEM MAKING SURE EVERYTHING WAS GOING WELL. MY COLOR CAME OUT AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I AM SO HAPPY I TRIED THIS SALON.

THE SALON IS VERY CLEAN, AND THEY OFFER YOU DRINKS AS WELL. THEY HAVE GOOD HAIR CARE LINES THAT THEY SALE TOO. MY SAM WAS GREAT. UPON CHECKING OUT I MADE A FOLLOW UP FOR MORE SERVICE IN A COUPLE OF WEEKS, THEY HAVE A PERMANENT CLIENT NOW, THATS FOR SURE.

THIS SALON DOES TAKE THE TIME TO GO TO NEW YORK AND STAY UP TO DATE ON TRAINING AND COLOR WHICH I LIKE, ITS A MUST IN A JOB LIKE THIS.

OVER ALL WONDERFUL, GREAT SERVICE COULDN'T BE HAPPIER, & I HAVE AWESOME COLOR FINALLY!

Great Salon

This salon has a great atmosphere and the staff is wonderful. I have never had my hair cut with a razor before but after some reassurance I gave it a try and the cut was fantastic. This salon was recommended to me by a friend who's color always looks amazing, I'm glad I gave them a try.
