STAY AWAY! STOLE MY JEWELRY AND AMMO. Worst experience I have had at a auto shop. I was in a car accident 7/2/18 and the tow truck the police department called for me took my vehicle to their shop. Geico came out the next day and did an adjustment in which a payment could be processed to whoever I chose. Being that they were not a Geico approved shop, I wanted to take my vehicle to a shop that was. The body shop "manager" Jimmy, assured me he would take care of me and gave me this whole talk about how he would fix my car for me in 10 days and that he had to take it apart to make sure more work wouldn't need to be done. I did not hear from them for a week so I called, they assured me it would be done in two weeks. I called them just before the two weeks to confirm, he stated he needs another week. Basically dragging me along and never called the adjuster to come out again to do a follow up review. I had to do it for him and my car ended up being totaled. This should have been decided the first week when he supposedly was going to inspect my vehicle. Then, I go to empty my car and two of my gold necklaces and bullets out of my magazine are missing. They left one bullet in so that it didn't look like it was emptied. I have filed a police report and contacted pawn shops around the county. Pathetic and unprofessional.

Very simple, basic oil/filter change. I thought I would try this place. Job done, I drove out. They called and said the car was leaking oil as I was driving away. I got the call when I arrived home and now have a driveway with a major oil puddle. In all of my life, after hundreds of oil changes, I always saw the service person check for leaks. Not this place! When I went back, the oil was still in their parking lot! Nice job. This should speak well for their skills and service quality.

I've read all the other reviews and honestly find them amusing. I have been going to Dealers Choice for years and have never had any issues. They are always honest and fair. The one person said that they tried to cheat them out of labor hours well obviously you don't know about shops. The shops don't just make up their times. Ask them to explain how they derive at them and I'm sure they will explain it. How can you beat $12.99 oil changes? These people are great and I will continue to recommend to my friends and keep coming back. You guys rock!!!

I took my car here to get the oil changed. I decided to keep up maintance so I had them change my radiator fluid as well as transmission fluid. Everything went well I picked up my car and left. About a week later I noticed a smell comiing from under the hood. Apparently I had a small leak in my radiator which is bogus. A week later my car over heats the offer to tow it for free. Which they should since it was fine before they touched the vechicle! Now they are telling me I need a new radiator.....This place will not have my business or anyone I know. What a joke!!!

When they finally returned my car to me (still unfixed and undiagnosed) it smelled of body odor, had oil smears all over it and even a smear of BLOOD on the ceiling!!! There was an oil rag left on my floor, they didn't reconnect on of the panels inside!!! They are extremely unprofessional!! I fully intend to report them to the BBB, AAA and my insurance company!

Absolutely worse experience I have ever had with any company!!! They misdiagnosed my car twice! Had me pay for services my car did not need, then said they actually discovered the problem and vehicle required additional maintenance. Then they couldn't find the problem after having my car for weeks/ Took it to another place and said that DC was completely negligent to release the car to driven and that any decent repair shop would have been able to diagnose the problem with my car in 2 minutes! Now I am dealing with them to resolve the issue of the negligence and they won't answe calls, call me back, anything!!!! They are horrible!!!

AAA towed my sons truck there. 20 miles from where he told them to take it. They said it would be 500.00 for a stater. And it would take 1.4 hour to replace it. I went to advance auto paid 150.00 and drove 2 hours to do it. 20 min to change the starter. Do not let AAA tow your car there.

This company will not release a vehicle unless the driver physically comes to the car repair shop.There are no exceptions to this policy. May 21, 2014

This place is a joke, dont work for them or take your car there! I worked for them and had an incident(totally my fault) within the 90 day probationary period and was terminated, ok, I get that but when they never paid me anything for the almost a month that I worked there and now I get a W-2 for $360 ish dollars year to date earned!??!! please, I made more than that in tips in that time, especially when a co-worker who started after me made over $1400 on his first check and I had been towing longer.....My point is these people are crooks, some cool people work there dont get me wrong and I enjoyed my job but from a professional standpoint, they are crooks. I have tried several times to get info on monies owed as well as a corrected W-2 because regardless if they used my check for a deductible on insurance or not (lie) they still have to claim the money I earned to uncle sam no matter what, it was annoying enough when I was screwed out my check, now you screw me on taxes too....1 word KARMA.

I've been to Dealers Choice several times and I've never had any issues. The manager is very sweet and will do anything she can to try to help you. I read the other reviews and I don't believe them. I honestly think they are people who aren't telling their whole story. If you want a place that will treat you right try them out.

Got towed there and had to have a new starter and a new battery. The tech failed to install the starter correctly which wound up causing flywheel and ring gear damage. The tech did not even install the battery correctly as he did not have the skill to even tighten the cables correctly. The car needed major repairs because of their faulty work and now I can't get them to call me back to try and make a customer feel satisfied. I will not tell anyone anything about this place except "Don't go there"!Manager: this is not a bogus review. Your place is a pretty shoddy run operation full of poor work and lots of excuses.

Long story short they made my girlfriend sit for over two hours in store parking lot would of been all night if I didn't show up and call the idiots but they never answered phone so we called another tow company that showed up in 20 min. I think they don't care if your waiting on them for 30 min or 5 hours. All they should of said was there to busy or can't do the job.

The person below this review is totally lying. I am the manager of the Naples location and we have never had a car come back for something like that. It's such a shame that someone would write such lies about a shop that puts out quality work.

My wife was in a car crash and had our car towed to this place. They returned our car with interior lights disconnected, door panels undone and few days after we started driving our car, the motor was making odd noises. Then my wife shut one of the doors and the back bumper fell off.Took it back to them and they simply tried to blame us for the damages, we left our car there for them to at least take a second look at it and they have not even touched the car. It's been five days.DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE. They will take advantage of you and do a HORRIBLE job. Worst experience we've had with an auto repair shop.

Stay away from this place, owner has no morals, rudest person I ever dealt with, will rip you off. Did not return all my property.

This tow company is unethical. AAA customers call for a tow service. dealerchoice is sent out. The AAA customer has give to AAA the address of the repair service they want THEIR car to be towed to. The tow driver will tell them THAT IS A BAD COMPANY . WE TOW CARS OUT OF THERE ALL THE TIME. YOU DO NOT WANT TO TAKE YOUR CAR THERE. YOU SHOULD TAKE IT TO DEALERSCHOICE. Excuse me the AAA customer has requested where they want to go. STOP THE LIES AND LET THE CUSTOMER GO WHERE THEY REQUESTED TO GO. Can you believe how UNETHICAL they are???? NEVER use dealerchoice repair service. They are the ones with the BAD service and the BAD reputation and LIE to the customers.

Hi ,I was stranded tthis morning and a nice man named Alex took extra good care of me .Suggesting a shop that took great care of me and got me on my nway ,for a very reasonable price.

Run away from this place. AAA towed me here and they told me I needed several hundred dollars of work on the car. They wanted to put 3 new parts in the car (2 of which were expensive) and it would cost a whole day's labor. Turns out (after going to an honest repair shop) the car just needed ONE inexpensive part and two hours of labor. Dealer's Choice didn't try to "overcharge" me for parts or work (as they pointed out), but the fact of the matter is they tried to tell an ignorant young woman that my car needed so much more work than it actually did.I realize the work a car needs can be objective, and maybe the other two parts on my car are not in perfect condition. But they refused to explain to me why I needed these extra parts, and the car is running fine with only one new part. They tried to make me pay for a bunch of expensive stuff I simply didn't need. They tried to make me feel childish for not accepting their $1500 bill and getting it towed elsewhere. I'm glad I did.
