I been a long standing customer of the Devoes for almost 25 years. I bought my brand new car there at there dealership. When I ended in a car accident I brought my car to Devoe agianst alot of peoples judgement but I trusted Devoe. Well, they said in writing that they would guarantee their work. WRONG! They never could figure the problem out and barely could do the bodywork. While they had possession of my car their service man took my car out for a right and he ended up in an accident. The shop did not tell me. I heard it as I was walking out of the shop. I went to the police dept and found the police report. The manager on the it was not an accident until I showed him the report. They were all angered that they told me to leave the lot and still have my car. To top it off I am getting sued by the people they hit and Mark Devoe said himself he does not car in the slighest and to tell me to get the hell out of here. He doesn't care about the lot - his father gave it to him so that is why he is running it. Worse service in the world and my car is still there. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO DEVOE!
