I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. They promptly closer for Myers location with it out letting any of their customers know I had used them in the past for several Watch battery repairs I have a small collection. They are now saying that they do not know where my vintage Gucci watches I had to track them down because they also change numbers when closing the Fort Myers store. I will be contacting The Better Business Bureau and if my watch is not found the police ASAP. Do you not do business with these people they are thieves! The lady on the phone just keeps telling me that the owner will take care of it and he has not even taken a minute of his day to call me and explain where my very expensive vintage watch is. Totally unprofessional I'm heartbroken it was a gift.

With over 47 years in the business, if it can be repaired then this craftsman can do it. We were very greatful to have had him fix our 200 year old antique clock. It runs perfect now after many years of not working.

Highly recommended by friends who have used him. Very satisfied with my repair.True Scottish craftsman.
