I wish I could rate NO STARS. Service Concierge, which is now changed it's name the third time to "My Service Concierge" to avid horrible feedback and the fact that they are a scam. Once I pre-paid for my 5 cleanings, I had to call and call and leave messages threatening them to report them to the BBB and Attorney General's office for scam. Whenever I threatened, I somehow got a response then. Because I wanted to get my 5 cleanings, I waited until after before I reported them. I had my last 2 cleanings come at once to get a REALLY good cleaning because my house was going on the market. I was supposed to get 2 cleaners and only 1 came-- 2 hours late because they just hired her that morning (I had asked for a specific cleaner, but she no longer worked for them). The newly hired cleaner did not realize that she was supposed to equal 2 cleanings for 1 day. She cleaned very long and well, but she said she was just getting paid for 2 hours (the typical 1 cleaning) and was at my house for 5 hours. I felt bad for the lady and gave a big tip, so Service Concierge, or now "My Service Concierge" cost me even more money. DO NOT BUY WHEN THEY CALL, DO NOT BUY FROM GROUPON, DO NOT BUY FROM LIVING SOCIAL OR IN ANY MANNER. THEY ARE A SCAM.

Have you been scammed by this company like I have? Did they take your money and never provide services that were promised? Now they are no longer in business as "Cleaning Solutions" they are now doing business as "Service Concierge" (here is their website) http://www.sconciergefl.com

Please get back to me if you would like to fight to get your money back. I would like to see anyone that has been scammed out of their money get it back and make sure they are not able to do this to other people.

We found CS on Groupon and after 6 months of reliable and reasonably priced service the company totally flaked out. One day they just failed to show up for a scheduled cleaning and did not call. I had to chase them down the next day and they eventually sent someone. Again the next month our scheduled cleaner never showed up and nobody called. Mind you these cleanings were all pre-paid for. They also discolored and ruined my terracotta tinted grout when they did their "free" 6 month tile service. The owner twice promised to personally come and fix it and twice no showed. I am now awaiting a refund for the pre-paid cleaning that never happened, I shall not hold my breath. This company is awesome at drumming up customers but at some point they decide they don't want to have you as a customer anymore and they become experts at ducking and disappearing.

THIS PLACE IS A SCAM!!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! They will make you pre-pay and wont ever show up to your appointment! And they will never ever answer or return your phone call unless you pretend to be a new customer. When you call, you have to leave a message and they will call you back, but they are a fraud! I paid through paypal and am working to get my money back. I wish I would have seen these reviews before I lost out on my money.

I purchased a groupon for a carpet/tile cleaning from cleaning solutions in the miami area. Where do I start? I made my first appt for the 3rd of Aug. When I called to ask where they were, on that day...they canceled and said they were backed up. Maria, the only person who I can get in contact with throughout the whole company rescheduled me for the 9th. I received an email confirmation the day before that they would be here at 4:00 pm the next day. I called around 5pm on the 9th and they cancelled me once again! I was extremely upset and angry, Maria acted as if she didn't even care about my situation. She supposedly rescheduled me for today the 17th. I received no email yesterday so I called all day long and did not get a single response. I've been calling all day today with no response, again. Lastly, now I go check the actual groupon for another contact number and I see that they have claimed the groupon done on the 3rd of August, the first appt they missed with me. Needless to say, I am angry, infuriated and insulted with the service, or lack of service that I have received from this company. Please take any necessary measures to make sure this does not happen to another one of YOUR costumers again. Ofcourse, I am also requesting the money back, 45$. Your rapid response is greatly appreciated.

I purchased a deal through Groupon for carpet cleaning and grout cleaning. They never showed up for the appointment and didn't even have the courtesy to call. Next day they didnt answer the phones.

I purchased a deal through Living Social for carpet cleaning. I scheduled twice, both were no shows, no phone calls advising of the missed or late appointment and no one ever returned my calls. Two wasted days. I spoke to the owner after the first no show after Living Social contacted them and he "promised" he himself was going to show up to do the cleaning and even offered one free cleaning after that so I scheduled the second time . I was very understanding as mistakes can happen but I thought it was very funny how he picked up the phone when they LivingSocial called and I called immediately afterwards and he did not pick up the phone when my husband and I called about 6 times previously. Anyway, the second appointment day came and again, no phone calls and no returned calls to this date. Do not do business with Cleaning Solutions! Living Social kindly refunded me and were very embarrassed this happened.

DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES USE THIS COMPANY. I found this company through Living Social and went to their website. I purchased and paid in advance for grout cleaning $150.00 for 2,000 sqft. I scheduled an appointment for June 3 at 9 am for them to come to my home. They never showed up and did not have the courtesy to call or send me an email. I called numerous times and sent them emails with no response. My wife called and left a message that she was a new customer and wanted to hire them for service. They returned her call and then she informed them they never showed up for our appointment. We rescheduled for today 06-11-13 for 8 am and again no show. I have called the company several times today and sent emails with no response. Now I have to call my credit card company to file a dispute. No one ever picks up their phone and you always have to leave a message with no return calls.



After I made a few complaints on different Internet Boards the owner of the company contacted me and apologized for not showing up and not returning my calls / emails. I always will give someone a second chance. We rescheduled for him to personally come out himself on Tuesday June 18th. He called me on Monday June 17th to confirm our appointment for 9 am the next day. I can't say I'm shocked, but he did not show up and did not call or email me. I have called this company numerous times and sent emails with no response. I'm not sure how companies like this stay in business, but if you need your grout cleaned or carpets cleaned DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
