This was the best decision we made. We looked in Sarasota and Naples. Then we told them what we were looking for in Sarasota and they found it very quickly. The Buyer's Broker had it under control. It was very simple. We told them what we were looking for before we arrived. They showed us what was available and helped us negotiate the lowest price and best terms for our new Park Shore home. Sharon and Tom were sipmly the best we have ever worked with buying a home.
