In one word: Great. John came out and provided us with a proposal with a very competitive price. When we accepted the proposal he told us the day and time the crew would perform the work. As promised, the foreman (Rickardo) called when they were on the way. They showed up on time with two trucks, a limb shredder, a stump grinder, and about 4 workers (all of whom were friendly and polite). They were very careful to protect the adjacent buildings, walkways and shrubs. Rickardo kept me informed of everything they were doing. They thoroughly cleaned all debris as they finished. These guys worked hard and FAST, completing all the work incredibly in 90 minutes. We could not be happier with their work and will definitely use them again.
