Floyd has been maintaining my 06 Hayabusa since I purchased it brand new. He has also worked on the bikes of friends and family of mine and they have all been more than satisified with his work. In 14 years he has always done excellent work and the cost is always more than reasonable. Every time I get my bike back from him it runs like its brand new again. His staff of mechanics are very competent and friendly and will go out of their way to explain the work they did. I would recommend him to anyone who needs work on their motorcycle.

Top notch! Very knowledgeable and competent. Pricing was very reasonable. I'm a part time Naples resident with a few bikes. If I ever need something done that is out of my pay grade I'm going to wait until I come down to Naples and have Floyd do the work.

what a great guy to work with, honest, cares about bikes, and won't try and scam you or sell you something you don't need. He did a ground up rebuild for me after an accident, great job and bike rode better than new after he was done with it.

I am always surprised to see bad reviews on businesses that I like, but I know in my own business you can't please everyone all the time.

I have had many bikes in the last 10-12 years and have brought them all to Cunningham Performance. I have had classic Hondas, BMW, Triumph and now a brand new Harley. The Harley I just had in for full Vance and Hines duals, air cleaner, computer tune and dyno. It is just awesome!

I would not go anywhere else.

Everyone is entitled to their own reviews, that is what makes us different in life. I have had five of my motorcycles worked on by the "Performance Cycle Shop", with never a return or comeback and more than fair pricing. This shop has gone more than out of their way to accommodate any of my needs for either performance or just road worthy aspects the bikes needed. Can someone have a bad day at any shop?, sure. But just being as honest as I can, I don't need another shop...I feel, Mark, their mechanic is more than anyone could hope for in explaining different options on jobs and performing them...and Floyd the owner has treated me with the respect I treat him with. Just my opinion, I have read all of yours.

Stay clear of this place. Cunningham supposedly filed for bankruptcy and this is a new venture. Same name & location. Same owner/operator. I'd tell him how they had to tear down my bike's motor 3 or 4 times and ended up replacing everything upper & lower, all for a small knock in the engine. How when I finally got it back it still had a noise they chalked up to lifters. Another bike shop removed the heads & found that they had bored the cylinders @ .0004 and installed a size .0003 pistons. They couldn't refund $120.00 I gave for a specail order that they couldn't get. Took several weeks to get it all. I could tell more but it just makes me look stupid for continuing to deal with them. Look elsewhere for any work on your bike. I did and found Hurricane Cycle.

I order two parts for my 2004 Honda Shadow Aero on 1/31/11....I have the receipt to prove this. I had little to no communication with the owner. I called mutiple times asking for a status update of my order. I was told that parts were on order. This was in April! I was told that he had a tracking confirmation number from Fed-Ex that the parts were coming in. On two seperate ocassions when the date arrived, I did not get a call. I called him and he told me that it was another week. I finally stopped into the store, today, to ask about my order. I was told by him not until Friday. I said that is has been over 3 months since I had placed the original order, and I felt I was not getting the service I requested. He then said to me verbatim, "I am just going to give you your money back so I dont have to f@#k with you anymore." I could not believe that after my patience he responded to me that way. My father has the same motorcycle as me and ordered the same part on-line and recieved it 5 days after placing his order. I will never return to this store. I would not recommend anyone to waste your money on failed promises like I did.

This is the bottom feeder of motorcycle repair, 9 out of 10 times there is no mechanic employed. No certified mechanic will work for them. Stay away,
