Went in to look for countertops and found Fernando as our salesperson who did a fantastic job showing us the selection they offer on granite and marble we were looking at for our bathroom and kitchen areas. The template was done soon after we chose a slab and installation came out very nice and in a timely manner for our home here in Bonita springs. Will go back for our next project.

Had my counter tops installed 12/3/2015. It was a long time coming after choosing my granit , the day before install I received a call that my slab was not enough and more had to,be orders alas another two weeks to th four I have been waiting, I have an appointment to go down my salesman is not there, I have to see some one else. After being told I owed more money than my contract we settled on an install date....the men come promptly and on time. They do their work And I stay out of their way. When they are almost done I look at my counter tops and start to cry...they do not match and look nothing like the almost solid white I choose. There are large veins of black brown , with some hints of brown and a few large green . The installers felt bad but it was not their fault.. I called the office of Rock Solid and explain the situation but started to cry so badly. I had to stop, the secretary kept apologizing but that was it., I never heard back.I also bought the upgraded sink from them and was left with two hole, no basket or stopper, they barely cut the hole for the faucet...I had saved a long time to replace my old counter tops and this was a terrible experience ... I would caution anyone to be carful when doing business with this company... Lucille F. 12/3/2015

After they scheduled counter install they then cancelled and rescheduled. We had to change days off to accommodate them. They arrived I’ll prepared Shop around Check with others. There has got to be better stone yards out there

These guys were very dismissive after payment. Then guy who came for measurements corner my wife. And try to kiss her. Very lucky i was not there. Real p.o.s company.

My husband and I decided to go to Rock Solid when we were updating our kitchen and thank goodness we did! Hugo and his staff were extremely helpful when we were picking out our granite and his installers were top notch! Everything was done on time and the granite is gorgeous and very reasonably priced. We have recommended Rock Solid to several of our friends and they have also had great experiences with Hugo and his entire staff!!!!

Excellent service!!!!!! Hugo (owner) extremely accommodating, stands by his work...After a few issues with Cambria's slab on our center island....Hugo replaced the entire slab to our satisfaction !, Very pleased with the outcome and highly recommend Rock Solid!!!

Our salesman Vito was very patient and helpful, the whole process was smooth and efficient. Everything followed a schedule that worked well for us. The kitchen and bathrooms look beautiful, we could not be happier.

I could never use your business because your commercial is absurd. I think if your going to have a commercial you should have a little more class. As far as I'm concerned your as bad as Billy Ficcillo!

A lot of my friends recommended rocksolid because of the fabulous work they done for them,so I gave them a shot and they was better than I thought. From start to finish. Couldn't ask for better price or quality. Thanks rocksolid. Job well done!!!! I recommend them to anyone!

the sales staff we're very attentive and listen to all my needs.the schedule and timing went smoothly.the installers were polite and cleaned up after themselves.I recommend Rock Solid to all my friends and neighbors.

I totally agree. Just got off the phone with them with their 3rd install date change, they call day before. we already had plumber lined up. one excuse after another. Think we made huge mistake paying upfront and now that they have our money we are on the bottom of the list. Also think since we did not go thru a contractor they give them higher priority, At this time I would NOT recommend this company to anyone.

They do NOT hold to deadlines. They were 2 weeks late on our install with nothing but excuses. They backed the date up 3 times at the last minute! It caused the rest of our project to be delayed -- cabinets, electrician, appliances -- everything. And the staff seems to really not care. Very, Very unprofessional. DO NOT USE!

I went into their business found a granite top i liked. set up the appointment to have my kitchen templated. The owner Ishmael "hugo" was rude and unhelpful. even with a serious customer there like myself he seemed "put out" do have questions answered. He was great the first time in order to gain my interest. but the second time when i was actually purchasing the top I asked for a Saturday appointment he said he doesn't pay overtime. His assistant said it wasn't a problem to do it on sat and set up the appointment. I called the fri before to verify and "hugo" got upset and said "if you don't like a Monday appointment then i don't want your business go somewhere else!!!!!!" Take the owner of Rock Solid Counter tops advice and do yourself a favor and "Go Somewhere Else"
