I have Filtex power cleaning system which was built in on 1977. I never had problem. About 2 weeks ago I checked the vacuum bag if it’s time to change. I put the lid back backward accidentally. It stopped working. I had 2 outfits (central vacuum) to fix it. They spent so much time, but told me to replace the whole or part of motor. It would cost close to $2000. Finally, I called Wehli’s Just Central Vacuum. When I look at the previous reviews, almost cancelled the appointment. But they were from previous owner’s reviews. They are a new owner now, is totally different ball game. The technician Eddie came & while he stood up and talking to me without checking said “I can tell what is wrong by looking.”
He changed the lid position, it started working.
Eddie cleaned whole system up 2-3 times so clean, I can eat off the motor. He gave me power brush for no charge, told me all the info. that I needed to know. Eddy is a young, very courteous person who’s goal is to satisfy customers. He truly made my day bright and happy. Thanks to Eddie and owner Owen.

I am sad to report that I have given Wehrli's my business twice. The attendant, an older man, was so incredibly rude. He did not acknowledge my presence in the store and took forever to come out from the back room. When he did, he was so rude and spoke so harshly that the other customer waiting even noticed. At first I thought it was a one off, but the 2nd time-OMGoodness! I shall not return-PROMISE!!!!

Just spoke with Wehrli's and they couldn't help me with my Bissel steam cleaner vacuum but he took the time to look up who could help me and gave me the number. When my Dyson breaks it'll be the only place I go! Thanks! Service means EVERYTHING!!

I called for a part and the guy who answered the phone was incredibly rude! I was very polite when I called, and he was short and snippy with me, he was really rude! I would never give this place my money.
