Read very bad review found at http://local.yahoo.com/details?id=26767479&stx=university+pediatrics&csz=Naperville+IL#reviews. Doctor still has made absolutely no attempt to rectify the situation. The "good" review is most probably an "insider." He has a number of very young women working for him although the receptionist that caused all of these very unpleasant events is not that young. What it gets right down to is that the doctor is responsible for the actions of the people he employs. And I REPEAT. The doctor has made no attempt whatsoever IN THE LEAST to rectify this situation and even discuss it with me. He should lose business over such a breach of "trust" and for egregiously failing to do what is decent and proper. I have had it with these types of people. The world seems full of them.
