They KILLED my river birch tree. The tree is 60 ft tall, and 16 years old, and dead in my front yard. They killed my river birch tree and will not take responsibility for it. I was told by Dan who quoted my service that they should do something for me. However, since then the company hasn't gotten back to me, nor have they responded to any of the messages I have left. But yes, they killed my tree and are trying to now ignore this fact. They are negligent, unresponsive, lack oversight and haven't shown a willingness to take concerns seriously.

This business is run by idiots. They will not delivermulch to a mulch business on an appointment basis,you have to take it whenver they get to your home. They do not deliver the exact amount that you order so sometimes give you way more than you asked for and will not take responsibility for their irresponsible business. Do not do business with this outfit. Maybe they will figure out that they can't just do whatever they want to customers. I'm not satisfied with this business and neither should you.

Had them come out a month or 2 ago to look at a few old trees on the back of my father-in-laws lot. Some branches had fallen off and were damaging the fence and really it was just dangerous. Anyway, I wanted someone to come out on-site instead of just describing it over the phone. The guy who came out was courteous, on time and knew an amazing amount about trees. honestly i didnt even know there was that much to know!. Anyway, it did cost a couple of bucks to get an arborist onsite but that cost was refunded when they fixed the trees. The crew worked pretty quickly and the yard is safe for my kids to play in again. Will use again if the need arises.

I called them for an estimate for the removal of several trees and lots of selective pruning. We live in a heavily wooded area and have many, many large trees on our property. Apparently, they like to come to your home and want to avoid actually meeting the customer. I let the rep know that there was no possible way for me to tell her where the trees were that we wanted removed and/or pruned. I had to be home to show the person who comes out to estimate. Then she said I could tag all the trees. I explained to her that still wouldn't work. Our property is too big; plus,why should I? Bottom line is, if I told her over the phone where the trees are then the visit is free. If the estimator has to actually meet me, then its $50.00! Ridiculous! What a stupid way to run a business! Are they afraid to meet their customers? I actually like to meet the people who are going to be doing work on my property. I told her I'd find another company.
