First time customer of Nelson's and, based on my experience, I plan on being a long-time customer. I explained to Patrick (the owner) what I thought was wrong with my van. He confirmed and quoted me (what I thought was) a reasonable estimate for repairs. Patrick was flexible in scheduling the work and the repairs were completed on time and on budget. A great first experience!

I have been taking my vehicles to Nelson's for over 15 years now. Pat and his crew have always provided me with honest and reliable service and he's always up front with what needs to be done to keep me safe on the road. He doesn't even move my seat when he does work on my cars! As long as Nelson's is in business they will have my business. Thanks guys!!!

We have taken my husbands car to Pat twice now, both times I had gotten quotes beforehand. Pat was cheaper than one and the same as the other, even though Pat was 30 miles away, we chose to stick with him. Fast service, total honesty, and fair prices. Would recommend him to everyone...

You can always depend on Nelson's to get the job done right. Pat has a great memory with all my families vehicles. Nelson's has been in business since 1935. Longer than anyone else in Naperville. That tells you how great they are and why we keep coming back. From a simple repair to a more detailed repair, I know I can trust them. I wouldn't take my vehicles any where else. Beware this place ... quotes for parts & labor way too high. Best advise. Talks very smooth and nice as to instill confidence, however quotes are not honest. Check around before settling with this business to do work.

I've been going to Nelson's for almost 15 years now and have had the best treatment and service available. I've never felt overcharged and I have even been offered less expensive parts(but equal quality)to save money. Pat tells me he wants my vehicle SAFE and I trust what he tells me over any other shop anywhere! There's a reason Nelson's has been in business for over three quarters of a century and it's not from ripping people off and doing shoddy work. Nelson's does great, honest, and reliable work and I recommend Nelson's to everybody who owns a vehicle. Change your oil every 30,000!

Most important is the honesty and I know this is where I should go. The workmanship is great and they work to give you the best deal. After buying a new car and I feel there it a problem, I take it to Nelson's first. This has paid off when I have had to go back to the dealer. Have been a customer for 40 years and wouldn't go anywhere else.

Thank you so much for working on my Envoy. You don't try to make more money off of me. You tell me what I need done and that's it. You even saved me money that one time. You are very honest and sincere! I will keep coming back and I would tell all my friends and family. Thanks again!
