i called in specifically asking if there's additional cost for stigmatism for my contact exam and the person answering the phone and making appointment says it's $99 flat rate; however, after my exam the bill was $109 because of 'specialty contacts evaluation aka stigmatism'. the manager did not refund the difference. I wish i had gone to Costco for my eye exam, where I have had them done the last 3 years without any problems. I came to foreyes under the recommendation of a family friend for dr. patel, i wish i had insisted on seeing dr. patel because dr. sandra wu was about the rudest doctor i've ever met. she gave me a real hard time about not putting my claritin d as allergy medication i have taken. my allergy was a month ago and i am no longer taking it but she treated me like a criminal because i didn't note that on there. really rude doctor hated my visit.
