If I could give this a lower then one star rating I would. Their complex in Lemont off of state street. Is the worst of the worst. Cars rotting in the parking lot taking up spaces. They have a studio in the 1003 building unit 1. That I know for a fact has had the worst problems that still have not been fixed. Found out for over 2 years the tenant was paying the electricity for the laundry room. The water heater is connected to the laundry room and the hot water always ran out. Fridge was broken for over a year and then it was fixed. Constant noise from the laundry room. The neighbor above is loud and the more rude woman I’ve ever met. The unit has no windows and a broke sliding glass door and they want to raise the rent to 805 a month for a studio that’s 400 square feet and no windows. The bathroom has mold growing in it. A frozen pipe burst right through the wall in the middle of the night and flooded the whole place with about 6 inches of water. They replaced the carpet and left the walls soaking wet and mold a starting to grow inside of those. There was a huge hole in the wall that they finally fixed 4 months after it. But they just patched it very half assed. The whole wall needs to be replaced from the water damage. There is still water damage on the ceiling from in. This is the worst place to live! I’ve heard horro stories about his place and have seen it for myself. So stay away! They raise the rent for no reason. They do t get back t you about anything. The only time you hear from them is when they want something from you. You’ll go months before something is fixed bc they just blow it off. They have gone through over 5 mangers in the past 2 years probably from the poor management and realize the company is a scam. Nothing about this place is good at all. So stay away if you know what’s good for you. They don’t care about there tenants at all they just want there money and that’s all. Many people in the building complain and withhold rent. UNLIVABLE!
