Had a great experience purchasing my 2007 Impala SS. Great dealer to do business with.

I do not live near Naperville and have plenty of Chevy dealers around the corner from me, but when I inquired about a vehicle I liked, I was almost immediately contacted by Paige Bouma, who was so kind and had a positive attitude, it made me make the trip... Once I got there, Omar was extremely helpful and worked out a great deal for me. The test track gives you a great idea of your vehicles capability and I was SOLD! Best care buying experience ever, truly. The employees were honest and it did not feel uncomfortable or like I was playing number games. Buying a car ALWAYS takes a long time, but this was not stressful and went by fairly quickly. Sherry made sure I had all the accessories I wanted and absorbed the shipping cost right to my door. Best place ever! They are so helpful and always have an amazing selection. Everyone there is so kind and willing to find a car to fit your every wants and needs. I recommend this place for anyone looking to buy a car. I love them and i am always going back.

AVOID THIS PLACE. THEY WILL TRY TO SCAM YOU.

I called this place about a used car they had for sale. Guy on the phone told me he checked the lot to see if it was there, and that it was. After I drove 45 mins to give it a test drive, they left me for about 20 mins to go and try and "find" it. After that much time two men came to me and said they couldn't find it and with VERY insincere expressions they were worried it was stolen. Even though somebody had confirmed for me that it was there 45 mins earlier.

Don't go to this place. I feel they were trying to set me up for a scam. Too bad for them, I'm not stupid.

TERRIBLE SERVICE. My salesman was clearly taking advantage of me when making his sale. His whole attitude changed when my dad came with when he decided he would negotiate prices after all. Additionally, the "one year maintenance" is a JOKE! I have taken my car in three different times now for minor fixes and have had to leave with no work done two of those three times because the loaner car I was guaranteed was not available. It was extremely frustrating ESPECIALLY because I called ahead. Be prepared to wait over an hour for a loaner car and not be taken seriously. ABSOLUTE TERRIBLE SERVICE. Do not make the mistake I did by buying from Dan Wolf Chevrolet in Naperville!!!

Had deal with salesman and manager, talked numerous times on phone....before i can get there i get a call....."we got bad news" i sold your car..



Typical used car salesman.....called dealership manager and i was told..."the car went home"



Like talking to an infant..



GM is struggling??? i know why with morons like this screwing people left and right..

My daughter purchased a used car from Dan Wolf Chevrolet in Naperville, Il. As she was driving it home the speedometer broke. (We had had the vehicle 3-weeks without any other problems.) The vehicle was sold “As Is / No Warrantee” and the warrantee we purchased would cover a component like the speedometer. I called a manager we had talked to in purchasing the vehicle and asked him if he could do anything for us. He replied, “You just bought the car.” (I think he was thinking out-loud.) “Yaaaa, bring the car in and we’ll make it right.” (Later I researched the problem on the internet and found out the problem we observed occurs suddenly and was most likely due to the near zero degree weather.) The speedometer could only be fixed by replacing the entire instrument cluster, which was done at no cost to us. That’s five stars in my book.
