Do not try and get a loan from these guys! I have tried three times and it has been a disaster every time. They do not know what they are doing! They botched a car loan for my son so badly that I told them that the way they handled the loan should be a good example of how not to handle a car loan. I also showed them that their inept ways cost my son $200 which they should pay. They did not argue with me and paid the $200. Then I tried to refinance my mortgage with them, only to be given obvious mis information from the loan officer. At least I knew to flee elsewhere before I got deep into the process. And just now I tried to get a home equity loan from them. What a mistake! It took them 3 months to tell me that I did not have a clear title. And they didn't even bother to call me with the bad news, I had to go over to see them to get this lovely news. If I did not have a clear title, how was I able to refinance with Wells Fargo? This office does not know what they are doing!
