I am a very happy customer when it comes to the business that Becker Service Center has done for me.

The team at Becker Service Center took such great care of my son when he was having troubles with his car. They are service oriented and simply good people.

I have been extremely satisfied with the work that has been completed for me at Becker Service Center. All of the staff that works there know exactly what they're talking about.

The staff at Becker Service Center is always very knowledgeable about the services that they are performing. As well as they always make sure that everything is done on time.

I always give my business to Becker Service Center because they are such a great group of guys. I have been coming here for 15 years now and they are far better than any other service center in the area.

They know us so well here now that when we have any problems we can stop in with out an appointment and they will do their best to help us right then. They are great people and hey really care about their customers.

After having so many great experiences with Becker Service Center I cannot imagine going elsewhere. I think these guys take excellent care of their customers and it is much appreciated.

Becker Service Center has really great mechanics, they do a good job each time I go in. I have never had a problem and they quality of the work is just really great.

I took my car to Becker Service Center for a squeaking noise issue. Becker diagnosed the problem to be the shocks which the mechanic said needed to be replaced. I drove the car home and noticed the noise was not resolved after the I had paid them. I brought it back and they informed me they could not hear it. Frustrated, I brought the car to another mechanic who informed me that they removed a mounting plate that was necessary for the operation of the vehicle. Yet the best part was that it was not the shocks that were making the squeaking nose but a brake cable that had worn down and was rubbing against bracket it was mounted to. The mechanic diagnosed the noise issue within 5 minutes of being there and fixed it for free. I brought the vehicle back to Becker asking for a fair resolution to the issue and they offered to refund me the money for the shocks, not any of the cost of labor. I would have been happy with a partial refund for labor but after receiving much attitude and having my paperwork basically thrown back at me decided to file a complaint with the BBB. Beware if you decide to take your vehicle here, might not end well.

I trust them 100%. There are never any surprises when I bring my car here and they are very honest about what needs to get done. One time there was a smal squeak that I could hear, and they just tightened the bolt for me and sent me on my way for free! They don't try to nickel and dime you.

this service center is given excellent service and reasonable price so now onwards i can repair my car here only

We've taken all our cars to Beckers for about 15 years. They give us all our options and advise us which repairs can wait and which can't. I won't trust any one else with my cars.

I trust the guys at Becker Service. There's no surprises. They give me a good idea of how much it's going to be and what needs to be done with my car. I've always had a good experience here.

This place will price gouge you! Go else were! You have been warnedI asked them to install a upgraded alternator, that I was providing to them, in a 2010 ford van. This vehicle has less than 7000 miles on it and is rarely driven in snow. There is NO RUST on ANY BOLT! Alternator swap $460! this place is a TOTAL RIP OFF! Go to another shop and don't get gouged by this place.

I bought tires for my wife's '07 Pontiac Torrent over the internet. I had Becker mount them. While waiting in the waiting room, I overheard a phone conversation between Becker and another customer. That customer's car was at Becker's for repair. Becker had diagnosed their problem to two different parts. Becker explained to that customer that they strongly felt it was one part versus the other. Becker recommended replacing the part. They went on to say if they were wrong, they would replace the other part and any money spent on the first part would be applied to the second...like getting the first part for free. That's what I call customer service!!!

I recently went in to have a simple repair done on my vehicle, and received a call shortly afterward that it was done. I arrived to pick the car up and started it, and low and behold it wouldn't move. I went to inquire if they had any problems, and they replied that they didn't. . that they test drove the car and everything was fine with it, so somehow something else happened to my car while it was parked there between the time they test drove it and the time I tried taking it home. Right. I then told them to please see what was wrong, and they found more issues, of course. I told them that I didn't have the money to fix these issues, and they said that was fine but they're charging me $90 more because they looked at it. After I was finally able to gather the money to pay these imbeciles off, I learned that they had already gone ahead with the repairs so that I would have to pay them even if I didn't want them to do the work.
