I called Aqua Tech on 2 consecutive days. Both experiences were phenomenal. Aqua Tech sent Nate on the first day and I could not have been more impressed with his professionalism, knowledge and trustworthiness. He explained everything and warned me of the problems that might occur with the work I was asking him to perform and the ensuing costs. I actually incurred very little cost that day. Nate was incredibly fair and honest. The next morning, upon realizing my kitchen sink was backing up and I had a leaky pipe, I didn't hesitate to call Aqua Tech and ask for Nate again. I was not sorry that I did. Nate worked tirelessly to diagnose the source of my leak and completed the work in a timely manner. The best part was that he cleaned up the mess of his having to cut the drywall. He got a shopvac off his truck and cleaned it right up. I highly recommend Aqua Tech and Nate. I truly feel I paid a fair price for quality work by a professional.

Aquatech plumbing backs their service warranty! Larry and Jason installed a tankless water heater and the thing itself had a problem. The manufacturer agreed it was their issue, but we’d have to wait 4 days for the part! How about no hot water! This was Friday and we had company coming for the week-end! The owner of AquaTech had his plumbers pull that unit and install another one that night, when they knew they might not get their money back from the tankless company because they told us to wait on a part. Aquatech understood our situation with friends coming and was on our side. They took care of us. We’ll always use Aquatech Plumbing. You couldn’t tear me away. Peggy

Jason from AquaTech used booties and tarps at my house. I’m pretty picky about my home, but I shouldn’t have worried. He was very careful and meticulous about his work – he acted like it was his own house. Well worth their fee, which wasn’t out of line at all. And I would definitely use them again.

From the initial phone contact with Andi I felt I was being handled by a truly professional organization. A friend who had used AquaTech gave me your number. Andi had all the information I needed at her fingertips and was able to give me a quote over the phone. A quote that was quite a bit cheaper than the previous places I called. She set the appointment and the next day right on time the plumbers arrived. These guys were amazing. They got right to work, put tarps down to protect the floor and stairs when they moved the old tank, explained to me what was going on when I asked -- about the best plumbers I ever saw and cleaned up after themselves.

These guys absolutely went ABOVE AND BEYOND my expectations for customer service. They installed a faucet I purchased & the spout wasn't high enough for by pans to fit under. I was mortified, but this guy called his coworker who picked up the right one for me, met him halfway with it, so he could install it in time for my company arriving for the week-end. I could not have asked for a better experience! I would recommend them ANYTIME you need plumbing help.

DO NOT USE!!! We called the plumber because our kitchen faucet handle was broken. He told us that it was "all broken inside" and that we should buy a new faucet and replace the whole thing. This is a TOP OF THE LINE $500plus MOEN faucet, and only five years old!!! He told us that he would charge $429 to install it, and that their "rates are competitive" (Loews does it for $149!!!)!!! We called Moen the next day, and they told us they have a LIFETIME WARRANTY (something that a plumber should know) and they shipped us the new parts for free! We were able, with NO plumbing experience, to install the new parts ourselves in 30 minutes and almost no effort! All that was broken was one tiny plastic piece, but Aquatech wanted us to spend A THOUSAND DOLLARS! Go to the hardware stores and talk to the guys there...it saved us a TREMENDOUS amount of money!
