second visit with my two dogs,very pleased with hair cuts and caring staff.zoomgroom works very well for my older dog,not being caged is very important to me.will continue using your service.

Aweful! Any one contemplating taking your beloved to the grooming department and leaving them there all day should know the dog "groomers" are trained by watching a video alone for several hours. Thats it! One would think Petco as a for profit company with mark-ups of 300% plus would put a little more effort in producing real hands on groomers. This company does not have your pets best interest in mind and its down right disrespectful to all! Most (there is one dog groomer here who happend to be on maternity leave who is amazing) of the "groomers" at this location are a perect example of what the lack of training will produce. Rude & agressive come to mind. Im putting down one star because i have to otherwise they would be a ZERO!
