Just called Abe's because it was listed as an authorized service center for my Samsung LCD TV. The woman was completely unwilling to even give me a ballpark figure of what it would take to fix the problem, said there would be a $95 charge to investigate and said it would take several days to determine the problem. Luckily, Samsung works with another vendor that will come to your house, can give you an estimate and a pretty good idea of what's wrong and have the repair completed within a couple of days - just have to wait for part to arrive. Would not recommend Abe's - I think the other feedback is probably right on - I may have been without a TV for a long time and who knows what it would have cost. Look elsewhere.......

I have been living in Napa for years and have dealt with many of the local business owners. Abe's Electronics is a great place to go when you need Repairs on your TV'S, or other type of equipment. They are very fair in price, and try their best to accomodate the customer in a timely manor. I have brought more then one kind of unit into the shop for repair and most are completed quickly, on one occacion it took longer but not due to Abe's lack of attention, but rather becaues of the MFG dragging on backordered parts. I think they are reasonably priced for repair and honest in their diagnosis. I know this because the first time I had them come to my home and give me an estimate, I also had gotten another estimate by another local Repair shop and they were much higher.
