The excellent swim spa you built in my backyard has been a blessing. I use it at night and the kids enjoy it during the day. It has really helped my arthritic pain. Thank you for the great job!

PLEASE,take my advise and don't sign a pool contract with this company .If you sign with them you deserve everything you get. first they will be all happy and go lucky with you but as soon as you sign this is what's going to happen,you will never here from your sales person again,what they tell you is in the contract will not be there,they will take a large down payment so that when you cancel they will keep it,in the middle of construction you will need something that is not in the contract and they will make you pay for it,before the pool is done they make you pay for all of the pool...

keep in mind that when you make that last payment all of these items still have to be done,,,,,your final inspection,yard clean up,pool, they destroyed my yard leaving garbage all over with attempt at cleaning up. Bob dropped off his no speak English pool pro's and you never seee him again. Caught a guy urinating on my neighbors bush. They advertise all professional they are not,they advertise you will love it, I and so many others I have came across while waiting to speak to Andy if he was actual in will tell you different. At one point I had ended up standing waiting for him with the same guy for the 3rd time we shared a similar story. Please hire a pool consultant to go over all your paperwork before you sign and hire that person to over see the job because they will cut corners to rip you off but smile in your face till the issues start.STAY AWAY

I want to thank Westrock Pools for exceeding our expectations and turning our dream into a reality. I am enjoying our new hot tub. It’s so relaxing- simply awesome. I will recommend you to anyone looking for a professional swimming pool company in Westchester County. Westrock Pools is the best!

We did a lot of research and met nearly a dozen pool contractors before finally choosing Westrock Pools. We are very happy for the choice we made. Now our backyard with pool is like a paradise for us. These guys are wonderful!

I had pool delivered back in early June. Parts were missing had issues with pump and filter and missing parts. Andy the owner never got back to me. He told my credit card company lies that he was willing to help me he has never returned a phone call or made any attempt to rectify any issues I've had from day one. I can't stress this enough this is not a reputable company to purchase from!!!! Please read this review I wish I had done my homework and read the reviews prior to purchasing anything from them.

Westrock Spas & Pools has been servicing my pool for 9 years after they put it in. Andy the salesman has gone above and beyond his call of duty. Everything that he has promised my husband and I from the day we signed our contract has happened, successfully and promptly. He even received a phone call from us this year from our winter resident to please open the pool and start up chemicals for our return, upon our arrival our pool was crystal blue. Let me also talk about Bobby who from the inception of the first dig into my backyard gave me his cell phone number and needless to say to this day he answers it. Westrock has made every attempt to adhere to all of our needs as fast and PROFESSIONALLY as they could. I want to thank them for all there quick responses and their loyalty to their word. I also want to thank Naz(hope I spelt it right) for also being so kind about explaining the chemicals to me year after year. I would recommend Andy and his professional staff to anyone.

This family run business treats its customers like family. I purchased my second pool from them this year. We first bought an inground pool ten years ago and this year we upgraded to an inground. Andy and Bobby were amazing. Everyone was so helpful from start to finish.

We had a great experience with Westrock Pools. Andy, Bobby and Lance were reliable, responsible and friendly. The same was true for their workers, subcontractors and the guys in the store. Excavation and installation began in October 2011 and our in ground pool was ready to go by Memorial Day 2012. WE LOVE IT! We enjoyed it all summer and were happy to recommend Westrock to our jealous neighbors, who are now getting a pool too. It was a big decision, but we’re so glad we decided to get a pool and so glad we used Westrock. Go for it!

Purchased equipment (pump & motor, heater, and salt system) and installation. The installation was done very poorly, causing the equipment to malfunction. The plumbing had to be redone 2 weeks later, only worsening the problem to the point of ruining equipment. Actually, the technician came out without all supplies needed and left us to finish his work. The owner never came to evaluate the problem for himself after many calls to Joan who would tell Bob (owner installer) come back but was more than willing to make false accusations and come up with imaginary justifications (someone might have taken a hammer to it, your pool must have a leak, your pool man is to blame...). They refused to take any responsibility or to honor their 90 days warranty only 3 weeks after installing. The owner, Andi was unbelievably unprofessional; snickering, using belittling comments, insults, lies and hanging up the phone. Several expert opinions have validated his company's mistakes but there is no reasoning with him. We must now purchase another pool pump and motor. They use non english speaking day labors whom are dumped at your home. Will never go back ----
