I had a really bad experience with another computer repair outfit in Rockland so I ended up having to find another one fast. I checked reviews this time and that led me to Techexpress. I dropped off my PC and they fixed the original problems and found that the other computer repair service I used left some components in my computer disconnected. This makes me think they probably swapped out my new parts for some old ones they had around and sold the new ones on ebay or something, who knows. All I know is I won't use anyone but TechExpress again.

These guys got my computer back up and running really quickly. I thought the service tech was really professional and a really nice guy too. I would definitely use them again.

I had a great experience using techexpress. The person they sent over to fix my computer was on time and knew exactly what needed to be done. He had the right equipment with him and my PC was back up and running in about one hour.

I thought these guys did a really good job. I read some of the other reviews here so I called them up and they were as good as they are rated. Robert came over that evening, after business hours, to help me out because I needed my laptop for a trip I was leaving on the next morning. I had called a few other places and no one was able to have someone over so quickly. I was really surprised the price was so reasonable too. He had to back up all my files and reformat my hard drive. He had all the equipment he needed with him and he got the job done in an hour and a half. I will definitely use TechExpress again for all my computer problems.

I had a ton of viruses that the kids got on the computer. I called around to get some estimates and TechExpress had the best price by far for virus removal, and they were able to get someone over to me the next day, which no one else was able to do. The tech was here for around 4 hours doing the virus removal. True to their word my fee was the flat fee they quoted me over the phone.

These guys really came through for me in a pinch. I have no idea about computers other than turning it on and typing a letter. One day my computer decided not to work and I had a lot of work to get done. I called TechExpress and they had someone right over to my place. I didn't even have to bring the stupid thing anywhere. I was hysterical when the tech told me the computer was dead. When I told him what my problem was, they offered me a loaner PC. The tech actually went back to their office, got they loaner PC, brought it back and put my old hard drive thingy in the loaner so I could get my work done. He even hooked it up to my printer for me. For that kind of service you would think I would have paid thousands, but it wasn't. I was shocked at how little they charged me for such amazing service. Next time I need any computer help, I'm definitely calling TechExpress.

TechExpress impressed me with their fast service and really well trained technicians. The best thing was the price though. They charge a flat fee, which compared to other repair places I called was hundreds less, and they come to you. I was really happy that I didn't have to lug that heavy machine all over town and then wait for two weeks while someone tried to fix it or not. TechExpress had someone over within a half hour and fixed the problem right there while I watched and asked questions. It was a really good experience and I'm glad I found them.

I've used Techexpress for a while now and I've always been more than happy with their services. They set up my entire home network, both wired and wireless and they are always right over whenever I have any computer problems. (usually a virus one of the kids downloads, lol) Their prices are far lower than anyone you'll find too.

My computer decided to act up the day before I had to give a power point presentation to an out of town business manager. I called a lot of places, and only Techexpress could get someone over to me in a timely fashion. Robert came over, fixed my problem, and even helped me with some problems I was having with power point. I will use Techexpress whenever I have any computer problems in the future.

I had a number of things wrong with my computer. I called the Geek Squad for prices and their estimate was in the $500.00 range. I called a number of local places that charge by the hour and their estimates were all in the $400-$500 range also. When I called Techexpress and the tech told me they would fix my problem for a flat fee of $149.00, I knew I found the right company. Not only was the price right, but of everyone I called only Techexpress was able to have a tech come over to me that same day. So my problem was solved super fast, and for hundreds less than other companies would have charged.

I'm an older guy and I didn't know much about computers. I was having trouble emailing and printing photos. The techexpress guy was really really friendly and he just knew everything. I felt like I learned so much in just one session with Tim. I have another session scheduled for next week, and I recommended them to some friends I have that are computer illiterate like myself.

I called three other places before calling Techexpress. The person on the phone was extremely friendly and much more helpful than anyone from the other places I called, and the prices they quoted me were by far the lowest. I was having recurring virus warnings and pop-ups. Techexpress had someone over within two hours and he fixed my problem while I watched. The tech they sent over was courteous and professional, and not some geekly high school kid which I was half expecting. The tech answered every question I had, even about stuff not pertaining to my problem. I've recommended them to my neighbor already. They did a great job for a great price. I'd definitely use them again.

I called and needed my computer upgraded quickly for a class I'm taking online. TechExpress got the job done the same day. Everyone else I called wanted to charge me extra for "same day" service. TechExpress didn't, and resolved my issue faster than it took to get prices from some other companies. I'm really glad I found them and I'll definitely be using them in the future for all my computer services.

It seems like my kids download a new virus every day. I'm glad I found TechExpress because they are much less expensive than other companies and they fixed problems other places couldn't figure out. The tech was really friendly and very helpful with our problems, and he recommended some software to use to help us avoid the same problems in the future. Our computer has been virus free ever since.
