I know companies may be receiving tens of hate emails every day. But Mavis Nanuet store took it up to another level. The worst customer service ever!.. Their mechanics are disgrace to this business.



There was a weird noise coming from my front wheels. Matthew the manager from the Nanuet store (formerly STS) told me that it was the struts. Asked me if I wanted to change rear struts and front wheels while we're on it. I said yes. He told me it will be $1349.00



Boy, was I wrong! I picked up my car and I was told it is fixed. NOPE. The noise was still there. The mechanics don't even drive the car before returning to the clients. I dropped it again, FOR THE THIRD TIME! When I picked it up they told me that the brand new shocks were defective. How dumb is that? They can figure out if the shock is defective after the third repair attempt?



Avoid at all costs if your time and money and the loved ones are valuable..
