DO NOT do business with this "company" and I use that term loosely they should just be called thieves. The replaced a water pump for our humidifier at the end of 2013 for almost $700. On May 29th we had a flood from out new pump. The technician Brian said they sold us a poor quality ump and it never should have been installed. They agreed it was their fault and the would replace it with a "brand new" pump. Friday August 7th we came home to a flood from the same pump. It was 9 weeks to the day they put in the "new pump". We called the service and the tech Carlos the tech said he would come out either Friday evening or Sunday as he was booked on Saturday. Friday came no show, Sunday no show. Monday we call the service no response several more calls later we receive a text that they arent servicing it and if we call the service again they will file harassment charges with the police.

WARNING STAY AWAY FROM THESE PIECES OF GARBAGE!!
