Initially had an issue, but it was resolved with great customer service. Property is clean and maintained.

These people will rip you off! I rented a storage unit for over a year and they refused to prorate the last month of rent like every other storage facility in town will. Alpine will not tell you this when you sign up for a unit because they are ripping off the public. In my last month I had my stuff in storage for five days, but I was charged the full month of rent. They said it was in the contract I signed, but who ever reads that tiny little print? If I were you, I would take my business elsewhere. There are plenty of storage facilities that charge a prorated fee on your last month and actually care about their reputation. I called the owner, Doug Holiday and he refused to work with me.

Alpine Self Storage will rip you off! I rented a storage unit for over a year and instead of prorating the last month, they charged me for the entire month. All other storage facilities in Nampa prorate the last month except Alpine. They will not tell you this upfront because we would all go elsewhere. I even called the owner, Doug Holiday and he refused to prorate it for me. He said it was in the contract I signed, however, most companies will tell you this upfront. Who reads the little tiny print of these contracts anyway. It is not a good way to do business and if I were you I would take my business elsewhere.
