Over the lifetime of my first Mercedes, I have visited four import mechanics. The first three were dismal to the degree of incompetent. The mechanic at G&G told me more about my car in 5 minutes than the others had in 3 years. The office staff listened to what I needed. I even gave them my budget, they not only came in under budget, they SHOWED ME everything they did, and why it was necessary. Everybody there is very professional, and in my opinion, VERY honest. MY KINGDOM FOR AN HONEST MECHANIC! Well, now I have one.
