Purchased my home in Nov. Contacted management with issues. Hole in tub, scratches in glass front door, tape showing in ceiling, streaks in ceilings, cracks in walls. Painters came to fix ceiling, but only painted in patches. Paint color didn't match. I am left with a huge mess. They say they are coming back to repaint, but only where they can see problem areas, not the entire ceiling as needed. I am told I will always see patches. Not true if entire ceiling is painted! My lawn is brown and crunchy and there is still debris everywhere. I don't think sprinklers are working and have asked to have the situation taken care of, to no avail. I am paying HOA fees, but am not getting anything in return.

Does DrHorton even know any of this is happening. People working as painters are the worst ! Management has taken over the clubhouse, so there is very little room to hold any activities as stated when I moved in? What is being done with my HOA fees???
