I am truly angry. Hearing aids were sent to this business from the south carolina lions club for my 81 year old mother. There were several phone calls made to the audiologist about said hearing aids. We were told that the manufacturer had not sent a piece to program them..Three months have gone by and now we find out that they are volume control. They have made my almost deaf mother wait three months. She could have been fitted, and be using the hearing aids.

Do Not go to this place unless you want to be given the run around.
