Very bad place. Every time that I had to contact them they hung up on me and I would feel frustrated and annoyed. Every person who answers the phone there sounds like they are doing you a favor by talking to you. There is an attitude at their shop that you are bothering them when you call just to inquire about the status of your tv, especially since they keep you in the dark about what is going on for months and say that they can't make any promises. In my case, they didn't even fix the problem and our tv was returned in worse shape than it was before. Having to deal with them during the months that they were servicing my tv was unnecessarily frustrating. Don't call them.
