As a seller I would NEVER! recommend this company!!!! One of the few reasons and the main reason is that I have a 1yr old a.c. system that has never had an issue... Then the day this inspector took 5hrs to do his inspection, my a.c. un it completely stopped working. After paying for a service guy to come out we found that wires were moved on the circuit board causing it to short out! We were lucky the breaker tripped and it did not cause a fire when the board blew!
