This is the best butcher shop around and they make sure your own meat is used for whatever you choose. Great service and quick too.

Very unhappy with my product. Very dry, and i was told i lost one third of the meat in the process. I have never heard of walking away with that much less because of the smoking process. They are very expensive for the little product I did recieve. I will never take our meat there again nor will i recommend them.
